The Ratazanas, The Upsessions, The Caroloregians,nº1 Station...new releases for newcomers The Gramophone AllStars; veterans New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble and Soweto, dis last ones featuring at weekly new album highlight releases, wid the new "You Give Me Fever"!

Long ago we didn´t get da chance to listen to a record, that both for its musical excellency and sound, make us doubt if it was actually recorded and edited in 2008!
Based in Barcelona, and spreading oldies rocksteady and ska vibes since 1998,"You Give Me Fever", take us back straight to jamaican 50Ts & 60Ts, in sound, feeling and lirical message.
Alongside Soweto's 7 original band members, veteran names like Mr. T-Bone or jamaican legend, BB Seaton, from The Gaylads, help the band achieve a perfect revival vibe, that will keep you skankin and dancing troughout all 16 tracks. The Gaylads 1970, Lesley Kong production, "My Jamaican Girl" version featuring BB Seaton, is one the high points certified to Give You Fever!!!Released last july by Brixton Records, "You Give Me Fever" is surely One of the best in 2008!!!
